Mr. Pratap is father of pwH and he is fitness instructor by profession, Pratap explained us understand the importance of Proteins, Vitamins, and Calcium for maintaining good health in haemophilic life. He guided us which food give us proteins and vitamins. He explained that we should eat food in small quantities at regular intervals. Also Protein powder and multivitamins tablets that are available in the market need to be used to get the required amount of proteins and vitamins in regular life. It was good chance for her haemophiliacs to understand how diet can help maintain body and stop bleeds.
